Free Tool to Calculate Daraz.pk Profit Margins

 

1. Enter Selling Price

Enter the selling price in this box. For example, if the selling price is 500, so we enter 500 .


2. Enter Buying Price

In the second box, enter the price you paid to buy the product. For example, enter 200 as the cost price. Now move to Step 3.


3. Enter Product Commission

In the box “Enter Product Commission”  you enter the commission that cut by daraz.pk 

If you don't know how much commission daraz cut, then
You will also check the link “Find Commission From List.”

Open the list from that link → Select your product category → Check the commission rate → Enter that percentage in this box called “Enter Product Commission”

For example commission is 17%, enter in the box. Now we going to check step no 4.


4. Select Your Province (VAT %)


Daraz first deducts its fees, including product commission, handling fee, and payment handling fee, which vary by category or price.

VAT is then applied to these deducted fees.

For example, if the commission is 17% on a selling price of 500, Daraz deducts 85 rupees, and VAT is charged on this amount.

VAT rates are 16% for Punjab and 15% for other regions.For example, 

VAT rates are 16% for Punjab and 15% for other regions.


5. Enter Packaging / Printing / Other Expenses

In this box, add all extra expenses such as:

  • Packaging cost
  • Printing tags
  • Travelling or handling cost
  • Any other small expense

For example expense is 60 rupees.


6. Discount by Seller (Optional)

If you give any discount to the customer, enter that amount here.
(Discount is also part of your expense).


7. Table: Daraz Fee & VAT on Fee

You will see a table with:

  • Daraz Fee
  • VAT on Daraz Fee

Daraz charges different fees depending on the category or price, as we talk in step 4, 
VAT is also charged on Daraz fees, not on your product.




8. Shipping Cost Paid by Customer

There is a box for shipping cost.

Although the customer pays the shipping fee, Daraz deducts VAT from the seller.
For example, on a shipping cost of Rs. 250, 15% VAT (Rs. 37.50) is deducted.

Enter the shipping cost paid by the customer, and the tool will automatically deduct the VAT.




9. Final Results

At the end, the tool shows:

Total Expense includes:

1. Seller Expense (Buying cost, packaging, discount, etc.)

2. Daraz Fee

3. VAT





✔ Profit or Loss

This final box shows your actual profit or loss on the product. For example, if you sell a product for Rs. 500, your profit would be Rs. 80.31.
